Evaluating the Efficiency of Cloud Services Using Super-efficiency DEA and TOPSIS

With the growing demand and commercial availability of cloud services, the need for comparison of their functionality available to customers at different prices and performance has arisen. It is needed to be said that relevant and fair comparison is still challenging due to diverse deployment options and dissimilar features of different services. The aim of this paper is to rank cloud services using super-efficiency DEA and TOPSIS.
